Arne Swensen, AKA Dr. Laffngiggl, is a hospital clown who has traveled to China and Russia with Patch Adams. In March, 2003, he led a group of US clowns as Ambassadors in Mexico. Arne has been a volunteer clown at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea in Arizona for over seven years.
